May 05, 2016 · I think this problem can probably be fixed by completely uninstalling any trace of any NoMachine product that was ever on the Mac, and then doing a fresh install of the standard NoMachine installation.

They tried to connect with the ip address and host name. They also can't ping any of our servers with the ip or host name. The solution is to find the IP Address of the host, and then use the use Direct Connect to connect to the server.
